At Consumers Credit Union, it’s easy and convenient to do your banking from anywhere you have Internet access – 24 hours a day. Online Banking is free and provides the latest in technology. Your financial transactions will stay safe and secure, protected by the most advanced security features available.
To enroll in Online Banking >>
- Go to ConsumersCU.org
- Click Enroll (under “Sign In”) in the blue Online Banking box in the upper left corner of our home page
- Enter your member number and password. The first time you use Online Banking, your password is the last four digits of your Social Security number. Click Next.
- The next screen will ask you to set up three security questions and a security image. In the future, you’ll be asked to answer one of the questions as part of our enhanced security feature, so it's best to keep your answers simple and easy to remember. Click Submit.
- Then create a new password. The password must be a minimum of 6 characters long and a maximum of 10. The password is case sensitive. Click OK after you create the password. This is your last step. Welcome to Online Banking!

Alerts, or text or email notifications, can be assigned for many purposes: to provide notification when a statement is ready to view, when payroll is deposited, when account balances reach a certain level, or when a loan payment is due. The options are endless.
Use free online Bill Pay to make payments to virtually anyone, anytime (business accounts receive up to five bill payments per month for free). Imagine paying all your bills without having to write a check or buy stamps! Simply log in to Online Banking and click on the Pay Bills tab. Bill Pay is also available on your tablet or Smartphone.
Set up payments to be made manually as they come due, automatically, or one-time only. Payments are sent to the merchant or payee’s account by the day you select, giving you control of your finances. Many bills can be delivered electronically directly to your Bill Pay!
One simple way you can reduce your carbon footprint and reduce use of resources is to sign up for eStatements – saving paper, postage, and delivery costs including petroleum input for fuel. It may seem small, but if all of us took just a few steps to reduce the amount of resources we use, we could truly impact the environment directly around us and globally. eStatements are safe, secure, and convenient!
