In today's world, you need access to your accounts and the ability to manage those accounts 24/7. At Consumers Credit Union, we offer several options to provide you with the safe and secure electronic options you want.

• Online Banking

  At Consumers Credit Union, it’s easy and convenient to do your banking from anywhere you have Internet access – 24 hours a day. Online Banking is free and provides the latest in technology. Your financial transactions will stay safe and secure, protected by the most advanced security features available. 

   

  To enroll in Online Banking >>

  • Go to ConsumersCU.org
  • Click Enroll under “New to Online Banking” on our home page
  • Enter your member number and password. The first time you use Online Banking, your password is the last four digits of your Social Security number. Then enter the random security code in the last box. Click Submit.
  • The next screen will ask you to set up three security questions and a security image. In the future, you’ll be asked to answer one of the questions as part of our enhanced security feature, so it's best to keep your answers simple and easy to remember. Click Submit.
  • Then create a new password. The password must be a minimum of 6 characters long and a maximum of 10. The password is case sensitive. Click OK after you create the password. This is your last step. Welcome to Online Banking!

    Obtain payroll and direct deposit information. You can also set up and change your payroll disbursement and direct deposit settings.

  • Stop Payment Orders

    Place a stop payment on any check outstanding.

  • Loan Application

    Apply for a loan directly from your computer.

  • Alerts

    Alerts, or email notifications, can be assigned for many purposes: to provide notification when a statement is ready to view, when payroll is deposited, when account balances reach a certain level, or when a loan payment is due. The options are endless.

   

• Bill Pay

  Consumers' free online Bill Pay lets you make payments to virtually anyone, anytime, right from the convenience of your computer (Business accounts receive up to five bill payments per month for free). Imagine paying all your bills without ever having to write a check or buy stamps! Simply log in to Online Banking and click on the Pay Bills tab.

   

  You can set up payments to be made manually as they come due, automatically for recurring payments, or as a one-time only payment. Payments are sent to the merchant or payee’s account by the day you select, giving you the utmost control of your finances. Many bills can be delivered electronically directly to your Bill Pay!

   

• eStatements

  One simple way you can reduce your carbon footprint and reduce use of resources is to sign up for eStatements – saving paper, postage, and delivery costs including petroleum input for fuel. It may seem small, but if all of us took just a few steps to reduce the amount of resources we use, we could truly impact the environment directly around us and globally. eStatements are safe, secure, and convenient!

   

  To sign up for eStatements, simply click on eStatements under the Alerts and Statements menu in Online Banking. You’ll receive a monthly email letting you know your statement is ready to view. You’ll love the convenience, and you’ll be taking one more step in protecting our planet.

   

• Mobile Banking

  Access your accounts on-to-go, 24/7, with Mobile Banking. Our Smartphone and tablet friendly mobile website puts the features you need at your fingertips. Simply visit our website, ConsumersCU.org, from your Smartphone or tablet. Click here to learn more about Mobile Banking.

   

• TextBanking

  Consumers TextBanking is the easy and convenient way to access your accounts almost anywhere. This secure service enables you to view your account balances and activity right from your cell phone. Click here to learn more about TextBanking.

   

• VoiceAccess

  If you prefer, you can access your accounts by phone. VoiceAccess is perfect when you’re on-the-go, or when internet access isn’t convenient. It's available 24 hours a day and is easy to use, with step-by-step instructions provided. Make balance inquiries, transfer funds, or balance your accounts - all at your convenience! 

   

  When you first call, you will need to set up your account access. >>
