Member Service Representative - Grand Rapids

Our Member Service Representatives (MSR) are responsible for providing superior member service and sales to enhance member relationships and exceed member expectations. MSRs assist members with basic financial questions and concerns, open new accounts, handle loans and being our members, full-service representative. Mortgage Loan Officer - Grand Rapids

Our Mortgage Loan Officers (MLO) serve the members of the credit union by advising them on the best way to purchase or re-finance their home and facilitate the origination of those loans. The MLO will generate leads through outside sources such as realtors, builders, CPA’s, attorneys, and be assigned office referrals. Financial Services Representative - Grand Rapids

The Financial Services Representative is responsible for responsible for providing analysis and guidance to businesses and individuals in order for them to make investment decisions; Recommends financial options to members in accordance with their short and long term goals; Prepares and delivers comprehensive financial advice that may include portfolio reviews, asset accumulation strategies, analysis and assessments, pre/post-retirement planning, and asset allocation strategies; Enhances and expands the overall penetration and participation levels of the current investment services program and ensure on-going quality service to existing members/clients. Our Business Development Managers are responsible to serve the credit union's primary external sales force in the development of new business members. Member Service Center Representative - Kalamazoo

Our Member Service Center Representatives (MSCR) provide superior member service through various forms of contact to enhance member relationships and exceed member expectations. MSCRs assist members with basic financial questions and concerns, educate members on all products and services available and help build the membership base by opening new accounts and creating loan referrals, over the phone in our Member Service Center (MSC). Our Credit Specialists are responsible for performing the required credit analysis for reviews, renewals and new requests. They are responsible for preparation and tracking of loan approval documents and appropriate documentation. The Credit Specialist should be able to effectively provide business members with timely responses to inquiries and assist team members with vital information about business members.
