Consumers Credit Union has a strong presence in the local community with a growing base of offices and members. The Director of Business Services is responsible for leadership of the Business Services Department, including assessing and managing credit risk, managing loan and deposit portfolio and developing and executing a strategic plan for the department. The Director of Business Services leads and directs the team to ensure goals are attained. Other job duties include, but are not limited to: 1. Leading the department to achieve; operational excellence, optimal staff performance and high quality member service. 2. Supervising, growing and coaching department staff. 3. Serving as the credit union’s expert on business lending and deposits. 4. Developing and executing strategic plan for the Business Services Department. 5. Serving as the credit union’s expert on business lending and deposits. Consumers Credit Union has a strong presence in the local community with a growing base of offices and members. We aspire to maintain high compliance standards that provide our clientele with full-service, non-proprietary financial planning and investment services. Consumers Credit Union is seeking an experienced Financial Services Representative for our Kalamazoo/Coldwater Markets. The Financial Services Representative: • Provides analysis and guidance to businesses and individuals in order for them to make investment decisions. • Recommends financial options to members in accordance with their short and long term goals. • Prepares and delivers comprehensive financial advice that may include portfolio reviews, asset accumulation strategies, analysis and assessments, pre/post-retirement planning, and asset allocation strategies. • Enhance and expand the overall penetration and participation levels of Consumers Credit Union’s current investment services program and ensure on-going quality service to existing members/clients.
