Renée Tiliski, serves members as our mortgage loan officer for the Kalamazoo area. She is knowledgeable in all facets of mortgage lending, including fixed rate loans, variable rate loans, FHA mortgages, and construction loans. In addition to working with current members her focus will be on establishing relationships with area realtors, builders, and other industry professionals.

“I enjoy helping people make their dream of home ownership a reality. Whether they’re first time buyers or experienced borrowers, the process changes frequently and is intimidating to most people,” says Tiliski.

Prior to joining our staff in 2008, Tiliski worked five years for PPR/Metropolitan Title Company, serving clients in the role of closing title agent, which cultivated her love for working with people and assisting with their dream of home ownership. She is also a graduate of Western Michigan University, and believes both her education and job experiences have been essential in providing excellent member service.

“Consumers continues to strive for excellent member service by offering a dedicated mortgage loan officer to the Kalamazoo and Portage area,” she says. “It’s essential to be proficient in the latest process and regulation changes and make the member’s experience as smooth as possible.” Tiliski can provide the knowledge and experience necessary in choosing the most suitable product, and offer the highest level of assistance during every step of the mortgage process.

Tiliski is a committee member of the Greater Kalamazoo Association of Realtors, is a member of the Home Builders Association of Greater Kalamazoo, and donates time to a variety of charities, including Meals on Wheels and Relay for Life. During her “down” time, she enjoys working out and coaches the Consumers co-ed softball team. She also takes advantage of the now sunnier weather to grill out with family and friends.
