Characterized by the fragrant food, good music and dancing, the Grand Rapids community was in full celebration at the Hispanic Festival on Sunday, August 8.

Thousands of people attended the event to explore and share the many cultures represented, including Mexico, Guatemala, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Dominican Republic, Salvador, Honduras and more.

Also in attendance at the multicultural event were several members of the Consumers team to share financial information and valuable resources with our community.

“It was a great way to connect with people,” explained Yesica, a member service representative at our Breton Village Office. “Most of all we were able to be present and show our community that we care and are here to help them grow financially.”
