During his years of experience in the banking and insurance industries, including several years as a mortgage loan officer with another financial institution, Kail has realized that every home financing experience should be as equally unique as the people and houses they are buying.
Throughout his professional career, Kail has lived by the motto “figure it out”—one he refers to every day as he works to help people navigate the homebuying process.
“The tumultuous housing market of the last few years has helped me become very good at helping people with unique loans,” explained Kail. “If there is ever a situation where I’m unsure how to proceed, I make it my mission to learn all that I can and make the process as smooth as possible.”
Kail enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and their young son. If you ask Kail, there is nothing better than a Michigan summer and he loves to hunt, fish and be on the water.
