An experienced mortgage loan officer, Kate Skinner is ready to work hard to help you navigate the journey to homeownership.
Kate’s previous professional roles have helped her develop an intimate understanding of all things mortgage related. From mortgage processing, preapprovals, loan entry and client communication – Kate has done it all.
“Assisting our members along the path to homeownership is hard work that brings me joy,” said Kate. “Guided by the principles that I learned growing up on a farm in Fennville, I love to put my experiences to use in a way that helps others.
“I owe my success as a mortgage loan officer to my upbringing,” explained the mortgage loan officer.
“Our family farm was, and still is, the center of my life. I learned to respect nature in her best and worst season, and that no matter how much you prepare for something, things can happen that are out of your control. The best course of action is just to go with it.”
As a mother of four, Kate’s ability to balance it all is un-matched. When she’s not running her kids around, Kate enjoys crafting with resin and listening to true crime podcasts.
