I request that Consumers Credit Union (“Credit Union”) make the deposit(s) selected above available to me per the Effective Date with Early Pay timeframe indicated. I understand that it is my responsibility to verify that the expedited funds I request here are available in my account, as indicated in my applicable account’s available balance, before spending them. Any funds made available to me are subject to the same terms and conditions as other deposits to my account per my applicable account agreements and disclosures with the Credit Union. If the Credit Union made funds available early and the payor reverses the deposit, or the funds are otherwise uncollected by the Credit Union, I agree that the Credit Union may debit my account(s) up to the amount of the deposit even if I have withdrawn the funds or it creates an overdraft on my account(s). I am responsible for the Early Pay Fee as well as any other fees assessed as a result of any overdraft or negative balance. I understand that the Credit Union may accept or reject this request, is under no obligation to offer this service, any may cancel it at any time without prior notice.
