Personalize your experience

Your dashboard is the main screen you land on when you log in. From it, you can navigate anywhere in Online Banking, and you can customize what you see to personalize your experience—such as turning tiles on/off, and reordering and hiding accounts.

Review your current active accounts, joint accounts and transaction histories, including investments and your credit card activity. Want to customize your recent transactions? You can do that, too.

Move/transfer money

Move funds internally and externally from one account to another, other members—and even to and from accounts at other financial institutions. If you have a Consumers loan due, you can even pay from an external account with a debit card or routing/account number.

Pay bills

Use free online Bill Pay to make payments to virtually anyone, anytime without having to write a check or buy stamps! You can set up payments to be made manually as they come due, automatically or one-time only. Payments are sent to the merchant or payee’s account by the day you select, giving you control of your finances.

If you have a Consumers loan, you can transfer money from another Consumers account or pay from an external account with a debit card or routing/account number.

Check copies, stop payments and reorders

View check copies instantly in Online Banking. And when you run out, reorder more in the Details & Settings tab from within your desired account. Should you ever need to place a stop payment on any outstanding checks, you can do so from the More (…) links option.

Create a savings goal

Creating a savings goal will allocate a certain amount of money from one account to another over time to reach a long-term goal, such as a vacation or a new car.

Notify us when you’ll be out of town in the More (…) links section so your service travels with you. Otherwise, it’s possible your credit and debit card transactions could be flagged as potential fraud and declined.

Credit card controls and disputes

You can manage your cards through features that allow you to request and activate new credit cards, access rewards, turn credit cards on/off and set up alerts. If it looks like fraudulent activity has occurred in your credit card account, you can now enter a dispute right in the account.

Loan application

Apply for loans directly from your computer. And if you’re eligible, you can apply to skip a payment for certain loan types up to two times per year.

Alerts

Text or email alert notifications can be assigned when various account activity occurs, such as funds being deposited, account balances reaching certain levels, or when a loan payment becomes due. We also have new security alerts to notify you when an unknown device logs into your account.
