Stephens has spent the last 22 years in the mortgage industry, building a solid track record for successfully guiding members through the homebuying experience. His attention to detail and top-knotch communication skills have made him a reputable lender in the market.

New Commercial Loan Officer Jeff Chappell has spent the majority of his decade of work experience helping entrepreneurs and business owners sustain and grow their assets.

Specifically he’s been focused on commercial lending (lines of credit, equipment financing, and commercial and investor real estate), treasury management, business deposits and investment/wealth management.

“My goal is to provide true value to our business members by developing relationships that foster long-term value for all parties,” Chappell said.

The Western Michigan graduate is an active member of the Alpha Kappa Psi Co-Ed Professional Business Fraternity and Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. and will be serving Consumers’ Grand Rapids market.
