Consumers Credit Union Announces Key Updates Across West Michigan

Kalamazoo, Mich. — Consumers Credit Union is pleased to welcome Eric Stoll as the new vice president of business services, Jodi Rozycki as its new municipal relationship manager and to announce the promotion of Adalynn Brouwer to office manager of the Woods Lake location. These updates reflect Consumers’ continued investment in strong leadership and personalized member service across West Michigan.

Consumers is excited to welcome back Eric Stoll to lead its business services team. Stoll rejoins the credit union following the upcoming retirement of Gary Ferguson, who has served the credit union in this capacity with distinction for 13 years. Eric Stoll headshot

Stoll brings 28 years of banking experience, including 23 years in commercial banking—and returns to Consumers after having worked with the credit union earlier in his career. His extensive background in commercial underwriting and lending, combined with over a decade of leadership experience, positions him well to guide the business services team into its next chapter.

In his new role, Stoll will focus on growing business loans and deposits, expanding cash management products and services, and managing risk to support the credit union’s long-term financial goals.

“My favorite part of this position is the opportunity to lead and develop people in a way that directly supports our mission of making a positive difference in the lives of our members,” said Stoll.

Rozycki brings a dynamic background in banking, nonprofit engagement and wellness coaching to her new role. She began her career in the financial industry, spending six years advancing from teller to retail branch manager, and later working in mortgage lending. As municipal relationship manager, she’ll draw on her diverse experience to promote Consumers’ financial solutions and build strong relationships with municipalities.

“I’m excited to bring my passion for community connection and financial wellness to Consumers,” said Rozycki. “This role allows me to combine my experience in banking and relationship-building to support our municipal partners in meaningful ways.”

Consumers is additionally proud to recognize Adalynn Brouwer’s promotion to office manager of the Woods Lake location. Brouwer, a Kalamazoo native and Western Michigan University graduate, has been with Consumers for seven years.
