Benjamin Belloli

With experience originating more than 1,000 mortgages for families all over the country, Benjamin Belloli is thrilled to put his knowledge to work for homebuyers across Michigan.

Since 2015, Benjamin has worked as a mortgage loan officer for several financial institutions where he became skilled in working with many types of loans, including new construction, conventional, jumbo and government loan programs, such as VA, FHA and USDA.

In addition to his work helping make people’s homeownership dreams a reality, Benjamin, in true servant leader fashion, has also served as a board member and treasurer for the Kalamazoo Friends of Recreation, a local non-profit that supports the Kalamazoo Parks and Recreation Department with after-school programs for kids, local park improvements and more.

“As a mortgage loan officer, I get to help people make it to some of their best days,” explained Benjamin. “Whether it’s refinancing their current home, closing on their first home or purchasing a bigger home because they need more room for their growing family, being a knowledgeable and trusted resource for our members and realtors across Michigan is a great privilege.”

During his time off, Benjamin enjoys cycling, playing softball or disc golf, making music— Benjamin plays the drums, piano and guitar and spending time with his wife and their three children.
