Heidi Bish began her career with Consumers Credit Union as a consumer lender, where she quickly discovered a passion for mortgage lending. Today, she is proud to serve as a mortgage loan officer, helping individuals and families achieve the dream of homeownership.

A graduate of Eastern Michigan University with a bachelor’s degree in secondary education, Heidi brings a natural talent for teaching into her work. She is dedicated to educating and guiding her clients through the mortgage process, ensuring they feel confident, informed, and supported every step of the way. She also enjoys leading and mentoring others, sharing her knowledge and experience to help those around her grow and succeed.

Heidi values building genuine connections and takes pride in getting to know each client she works with. One of the most rewarding parts of her job is celebrating alongside them as they find and finance their dream home.

Outside of work, Heidi enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children. Whether camping, boating, biking, traveling, or cheering on her kids at their sporting events, she loves staying active and making meaningful memories. Supporting her family is at the heart of everything she does.

She is also deeply involved in her community—volunteering with The Jericho Foundation, Women’s Council of Realtors Southwestern Michigan, supporting various local schools, and serving as a soccer team manager.

Heidi is a proud member of the Greater Kalamazoo Association of Realtors and is passionate about making a positive impact both professionally and in her community.
