About Melissa

Melissa has called the Kalamazoo area home for over 20 years now. And after many years as a real estate agent, shifting her career into the mortgage industry was a natural transition.

“My favorite part of this role is meeting new and interesting people,” Melissa says. “Plus, no two days are alike!”

Her passion for working with people coupled with her outgoing personality has served Melissa well as a mortgage loan officer. She understands it’s more than just numbers and percentages—it’s an exciting time in anyone’s life. Melissa’s dedication to make the process an easy, even enjoyable one, comes through with every transaction.

A member of several organizations, including the Greater Kalamazoo Association of Realtors and Women’s Council of Realtors, Melissa in highly involved in her community and has her finger on the pulse of area business and real estate.

In her spare time, Melissa serves as chief taxi driver for her kids and enjoys watching them play sports. The outdoors is also important to Melissa, especially kayaking, hiking and traveling. And whether rocking out at a concert or savoring a good glass of wine, you’ll always find Melissa among her many valued friends.
