As a mortgage loan officer, Zulema supports homebuyers from application to closing, assisting with prequalification, documentation and personalized loan solutions tailored to each member’s needs.

“I love being in a position where I can truly help people,” says Zulema. “Whether it’s answering questions, finding solutions or helping families achieve homeownership, making a positive impact is the most rewarding part of what I do.”

Zulema brings experience from the credit union industry, where she guided members through every step of the mortgage process. Her background includes working with conventional, FHA, VA and portfolio loans, along with analyzing borrower qualifications and managing loan pipelines. As a bilingual professional and member of local organizations, she is passionate about making the mortgage process accessible and comfortable for a diverse range of members.
