The Wimee Kids’ Savings Club is a program created for Michigan kids 12 and under, which pairs youth savings accounts with educational activities and rewards that help children start building smart saving habits at a young age.[3.1] Members receive a youth savings account, educational resources and opportunities to earn rewards while learning healthy money habits[B.

What are the age requirements to join the Wimee Kids’ Savings Club?
The Wimee Kids’ Savings Club is open to kids up to the age of 12 who live anywhere in Michigan.
Is there a minimum deposit required to join the Wimee Kids’ Savings Club?
To join the Wimee Kids’ Savings Club, a $5 minimum deposit is required to open a youth savings account.
The child’s Social Security number and a qualified parent or guardian are required to open a youth account at an office.
