Since 2007, Consumers Credit Union has been recognized as a Best and Brightest Company to Work For. This year the credit union was honored with the esteemed distinction at both the state- and national-levels, and awarded the Elite Award for Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions locally.

The Best and Brightest Companies to Work Forâ program identifies and honors organizations that display a commitment to excellence in their human resource practices and employee enrichment. Organizations are assessed based on categories such as communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, retention and more. Winners of the award are based on results obtained by an independent research firm through an anonymous employee survey.

In addition to the Best and Brightest to Work For honors, Consumers was awarded the Elite Award for Compensation, Benefits and Employees Solutions in West Michigan.
