Separate mortgage statements coming your way
Beginning January 1, Consumers will send members a separate statement for each mortgage and home equity loan (not lines of credit) held with the Credit Union, unless members opt to receive these statements electronically.
(Members who already receive eStatements for another account(s) will be automatically enrolled in mortgage eStatements.)
To opt in to receive electronic statements if you don’t have them, follow these instructions:
- Log in to Online Banking.
- From the Additional Services tab, click eStatements / Tax Forms.
- If it’s your first time visiting, you’ll be prompted to read the Notify User Agreement. Click Continue if you agree with the terms and conditions. You’ll then confirm the email address you would like the notifications sent. Click Subscribe.
- Your statements will appear in a list form.
