Josh Pompey is passionate about helping businesses grow and strengthening the communities they serve.

As treasury management sales manager, Josh leads the strategy and execution of business deposit growth and treasury management services, working closely with business members to deliver solutions that support their long-term success.

Since joining Consumers in 2017, Josh has played a key role in expanding the credit union’s presence in the Lansing market, previously serving as vice president of retail and leading the successful opening of multiple offices in the region. He has also been instrumental in developing Consumers’ municipal banking program, partnering with local municipalities to deliver tailored financial solutions that support public sector needs and community growth.
