About Ludim
Ludim Torres is committed to providing exceptional service and building strong relationships with Consumers business members. In her role as a small business banking specialist, Ludim assists members with loan applications, credit analysis and loan closings. She also provides support for both internal and external business inquiries.
Ludim’s goal is to help grow and develop small business loan processing, relationship management and community engagement.
“No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted,” says Ludim.
She has three years of banking experience at Consumers as a member service representative. Prior to joining Consumers, Ludim worked in the automotive industry for eight years in various roles, including account manager, underwriter, credit analyst and finance manager.
Outside of work, Ludim loves to spend time with her family exploring new cities, traveling, walking, hiking and biking.
