About Glen
Glen Kellam has worked in the financial services industry his entire career, starting with positions at two large regional banks and then five years as an independent before joining Consumers in 2015.
“I enjoy educating and helping people with their financial and retirement plans,”
he says, sharing how he loves providing the analysis and guidance to help individuals and businesses make informed investment and retirement decisions.
Named the investment services program manager in 2017, Glen hopes to enhance and help expand the range of financial education, planning and services Consumers offers its members and the community.
Driving him is a famous quote from the motivational speaker, Zig Ziglar, who said, “[t]here are no traffic jams along the extra mile.” He incorporates this principle of going the extra mile into his work every day.
Glen graduated from the University of Utah with a bachelor’s in economics and earned an MBA at Michigan State University. He regularly volunteers his time with the Kalamazoo Probation Enhancement Program, where he serves as treasurer on the board of directors.
The married father of two enjoys exercising, being outdoors and attending his children’s events. In 2007, he and his wife fulfilled a lifelong goal by running the Boston Marathon.
