About Bryan

Experienced Mortgage Loan Officer Bryan Smith is eager to make a difference in the lives of Consumers members as he helps them navigate the journey to homeownership.

Growing up in West Michigan, Bryan has spent a majority of his life in the Kalamazoo area, where he currently lives with his wife Nikki and their two sons. After many years of working in sales, he sought an opportunity to make more of an impact, and a transition to the mortgage industry was a natural fit.

“I love that I get the opportunity to help people achieve the goal of homeownership,” explained Bryan.

“Buying a home is an exciting moment in life that many people only experience a few times, if ever. Being able to provide advice and stewardship while helping members see the process through is as rewarding as any job could be.”

In his role, Bryan works to advise potential and current members on sensible solutions for their new home purchase or refinance.

When he’s not working to make members’ homeownership dreams come true, Bryan enjoys sports, traveling, cooking, and spending time with his family.
