Jeffrey Timpe

Ten-year Consumers veteran Jeffrey Timpe has a long history of building rapport with members and providing outstanding customer service. As mortgage sales manager, Jeffrey leads our in-house mortgage and outbound sales teams with a professional touch.

“I love making a positive impact on our members’ days and helping them with their financial future,” Jeffrey says. “Taking the time to uncover a need and finding the best solution is very important. And that’s instilled in my teams every time they reach out.”

Jeffrey directs the strategy and oversees the customer support his teams provide by improving efficiencies and offering competitive products, while ensuring member service is never lacking.

He acquired much of his mortgage origination experience at Quicken Loans, but prefers the more personalized service he can provide through the credit union.

“I enjoy learning about our members and seeing them fulfill their dreams, knowing I might have helped along the way.”

Jeffrey likes to help out in the community, too. The Vicksburg native and Western Michigan grad coaches youth hockey and lacrosse, and enjoys extra time spent traveling and enjoying the outdoors with his family.
