Additionally we’ve been named an Elite winner at this level as well as a Brilliance award recipient. These prestigious national recognitions are a testament to our innovative wellness and human resource practices, which prioritize employee health, wellbeing and workplace culture.

We continue to demonstrate our dedication to creating a rewarding and fulfilling work environment that empowers our employees to serve our members with excellence. Our approach to supporting employees’ professional and personal needs was evaluated by a leading wellness research firm and scored on a point system to benchmark and improve our HR practices.

Our wellness initiatives have been instrumental in retaining top talent and engaging with our communities. We have partnered with Athletic Mentors (AM) Wellness to offer personalized employee wellness experiences that include a custom mobile app, desktop site, fitness classes and access to wellness coaches. Our employees are able to earn monetary awards for participation, with over 75% of our employees currently participating in the program. We’ve also completed a sports complex that is below our headquarters, offering two pickleball courts for employees to enjoy.

Additionally, we have introduced new initiatives to support our employees’ overall wellbeing. Our Team Outreach—Healthcare & Family Leave Benefit provides additional paid medical leave hours for employees who experience a personal health event or family health event, ensuring they can preserve their regular paid time off (PTO) benefit.

The Elite level award was given due to our high scores in all of the various categories, including employee wellbeing, engagement and culture. The Brilliance award names us as one of the nation’s elite leaders, with exceptional commitment to creating outstanding work environments and being included on the Best and Brightest winners list since the inception of the award.
