Brad Wyant is knowledgeable in all facets of mortgage lending, including fixed rate loans, variable rate loans and construction lending. He has a strong background in real estate as a former real estate agent and broker himself.

“My background in real estate has helped me tremendously in my current role as a mortgage lending expert,” Brad explains. “Knowledge of the entire housing industry, including real estate finance, is very valuable when choosing a lender.

Brad graduated with top honors from Baker College with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. His education and combined experiences give members peace of mind, as well as a wider perspective to the real estate process. These experiences enable him to play a strategic role in reviewing Consumers’ mortgage processes to ensure our members experience the most positive outcomes possible.

In his personal time, Brad owns and manages several investment properties, enjoys spending time working on his “tiny house,” and is an avid outdoors enthusiast.
