Depending on the question involved and for security purposes, this helps our team members know who you are and validates your credentials. By logging into Online Banking, our representatives can answer questions specific to you and your accounts.

By logging into Online Banking, the Virtual Assistant can give you information about your accounts such as balance, account number, loan information, recent transactions and more!

You can still chat with the Virtual Assistant or a live agent. To chat with a live agent select, “I don’t know my login information” and “yes” to connect. The agent will not be able to answer specific questions about your account, but they are happy to help guide you to a solution!
