Consumers Credit Union, your member owned financial institution, is committed to providing you with financial products and services to meet your needs and reach your financial goals. We are equally committed to protecting our members’ privacy. You can be confident that your financial privacy is a priority of this credit union. We are required by law to give you this privacy notice to explain how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal financial information. Consumers Credit Union understands that protecting the privacy of your personal and account information is critical. Whether you are a current member or just visiting, we safeguard the information you provide us on our website.

Consumers Credit Union requires our members use a browser that supports 128-bit, U.S. security level encryption. When you apply online for accounts and services, enroll in online banking, or complete a secure form or survey, you may provide personal information that is necessary for us to process your submission. To ensure that your submission remains confidential, the information is maintained in a secure area on our website.

It is important that you never provide personal information in response to an unsolicited request. Consumers Credit Union will not ask for your password, social security number, or account numbers through email or by phone. When you call us, we will verify your account information through asking a series of verifying questions. Please do not send personal information in email correspondence with Consumers Credit Union. Email is not a secure transmission process.
