Kenzie Scimeca serves as a business development representative at Consumers, where she focuses on nurturing relationships with current @Work partners, checking in on members and networking to build new connections. Her goal is to establish strong partnerships across all offices, driving checking account success and supporting organizational growth through financial education support.

“It’s simple—empathy moves mountains,” says Kenzie. “I believe that listening and understanding are the foundation for building trust and creating meaningful relationships.”

Kenzie’s background in customer service began at an early age, working in her family’s restaurants and later in food and beverage roles. These experiences taught her the importance of adaptability, communication and delivering exceptional service. After the pandemic, Kenzie transitioned into a career path that aligned with her long-term goals, bringing her passion for people and relationship-building to the financial industry.
Outside of her role at Consumers, Kenzie stays busy with her daughter’s activities and her own entrepreneurial ventures. She owns a cleaning business, provides bridal makeup services and is launching her own makeup line in 2026. She is also actively involved in community initiatives, including Special Olympics and Meals on Wheels.
