About Nicholas
Nicholas Hains is dedicated to providing exceptional service and making a genuine difference in the lives of members. Nicholas performs a variety of back-office duties and assists in client meetings as the client services professional for Consumers Credit Union’s Grand Rapids market. His goal is to fully understand all types of investment accounts to better serve members.

Before joining Consumers, Nicholas worked as a shift supervisor throughout his college career while also obtaining his degree in business administration from GVSU. He brings skills in customer service, team leadership and operations developed over years of experience. When not assisting members, Nicholas enjoys teaching drumline at Hudsonville High School. He strives to “get noticed” through hard work and excellence, as advised by his father. Nicholas finds fulfillment in meaningfully improving members’ financial lives and futures. His passion will serve him well as he studies for financial licenses to become a full-fledged advisor.
