Consumers saves time and money for Great Lakes Flaherty

Accountant and Office Manager Shelly Hillis, of Great Lakes Flaherty, came on board during the company’s transition from another bank to Consumers and she noticed a huge difference in customer service.
“When you would reach out [to the big bank] you would never reach the same person,” Shelly explained. “With Consumers, I send Jeremy Prins, our Consumers business development manager, an email and get a response within a few minutes! When I go in to the office, I get personal service, too!”
“Consumers worked closely with Great Lakes Flaherty to find the right lending/deposit fit,” explained Jeremy. “Our checking account works very well for them, and we were able to save them a lot of money in fees.
“I look forward to a long relationship of helping each other grow.”
