A $5 million success story that began with poor customer service

When a simple trailer purchase left Brian Davis bewildered, he knew there had to be a better way.

“I just couldn’t understand why it was so confusing,” he said. Like many successful entrepreneurs, Brian realized that his frustration was a seed for a new business. If he found buying a trailer difficult, so did a lot of other people. In 2010, Brian opened the doors to Premier Custom Trailers with the help of his son, Zack. “ [A commercial loan officer] worked with us to refinance the entire property at a competitive rate.  Whenever there were questions, Consumers would clear them up right away. In 10 minutes we’d have answers. The closing was smooth and easy and we were very pleased,” Brian said of the transition.
