In addition to these workplace culture honors, Consumers was celebrated as a Nation’s Best and Brightest in Wellness Elite Winner, demonstrating our leadership in holistic wellness programs that support physical, mental and financial health. Our approach includes fitness initiatives, mental health resources and robust financial wellness education, all designed to help employees thrive personally and professionally.
Adding to these achievements, Consumers has also been named one of the 2026 Inclusive Workplaces, reflecting our ongoing efforts to foster a culture where every team member feels valued, respected and supported.
“Receiving recognition across so many categories speaks to the strength of our culture and the care we put into supporting our employees,” said Shawn Premer, chief human resources officer. “Wellbeing, inclusion and engagement are deeply connected. When employees feel healthy, welcomed and appreciated, they are empowered to bring their best selves to work and serve our members with excellence.”
As we celebrate these accomplishments, we remain focused on evolving our practices to meet the changing needs of our team and continuing to build a workplace that sets the benchmark for wellness, inclusion and long-term employee success.
