When it comes to banking, communication is key—no matter what language you speak. At Consumers Credit Union, we’ve tailored several programs to serve the thousands of Spanish speakers in Michigan.

Banking services en Español

We are committed to making it easy for Spanish speakers to bank when they want, how they want.

  • When you call our main customer service number, 800.991.2221, hit the asterisk (*) and you’ll be connected with a staff member who speaks Spanish. These services are available 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Monday – Friday.
  • On the Consumers website, members can access everything in Spanish. At the top of the home page, you can click on “En español” to switch the language.
  • To use Consumers Online Banking in Spanish, users can log in and under the circle with the profile icon or their photo they simply select Español.
  • When banking in person at a Consumers office, members can get service in Spanish at all TellerPlus+ stations. Plus, many Consumers offices have Spanish-speaking staff.

Consumers’ comprehensive services in Spanish make banking simpler for Spanish speakers and can help reduce their stress about financial transactions.
