Consumers Credit Union recognized as a 2019 Learning! 100 award winner
Consumers Credit Union is proud to announce that we have been recognized by Elearning! Media Group (EMG) as a 2019 Learning! 100 Award recipient. Other honorees include Amazon and NASCAR.
EMG evaluated us based on our learning culture, innovation and organizational performance. In an effort to provide the best member service possible, we strive to consistently push these metrics to the forefront of everything we do.
Our training and development team led by Kristen Davidson and administered by Ashley Stinson and Jackie Charbeneau, create an atmosphere of curiosity and comfort for all employees of the credit union. They introduce new initiatives, ensure our staff are up-to-date with the need-to-know and arm us with the knowledge needed to serve our members.

Consumers pushes toward innovation in all that we do. We’ve transitioned to a new intranet that promotes real-time collaboration and recognition and hosts our intracompany podcasts. We have a wonderful Learning Management System that houses our micro-learning videos and allows our employees to learn with flexibility. Webex gives us the opportunity to maintain our culture while training at a distance, allowing face-to-face education that saves time and travel for our employees.
Finally, we take pride in our organizational performance, not simply in financial results but in our member and employee satisfaction surveys. We consistently rank in the top tier in employee and member satisfaction because of our focus on integrity and desire to assist everyone in finding a secure financial footing.
