If there was ever a qualified person out there to help you navigate your journey to home ownership, Melissa Swetz is your person. The former realtor and loan officer assistant sure knows the ins and outs of buying and selling.

Under her coordination of managing the mortgage pipeline at her previous employer, she helped double loan volume and triple the number of closures.

“I’ve been in sales my whole life,” says Melissa. “Building relationships is natural. I’m an effective communicator and a large part of my job is to get people and documents moving in the right direction at the right time.

“The other part is just in listening and being kind,” the former cancer survivor adds. “I try to remember you never know what someone else is going through and buying a house can be stressful enough.”

One of Melissa’s strengths lies in her ability to multitask and her personal life is no different. In her free time, she loves traveling, being outdoors, hiking, camping and acting as a wine consultant.
