In his role as a mortgage loan officer, Cody Barkowski is dedicated to assisting current and future homeowners in making calculated decisions when purchasing, refinancing or building their dream home.

“My number one priority is you and to assist you with one of life’s biggest decisions,” Cody says.

“I once read there are five areas of spending that we as consumers will spend more than 50 percent of our lifetime earnings on. One of those areas is buying a home,” Cody explains. “Regardless of the amount of your personal earnings, that is a great deal of money. In life, we have to make calculated decisions, and buying a home should be one of those calculated decisions.”

Cody grew up in Coldwater, Michigan, and graduated from Central Michigan University with a double major in business administration and logistics management and marketing. He enjoys spending his downtime with family and friends and training for various running and triathlon events. Cody is a competitive person and is always striving to excel in all aspects of life.
