Doug Poynter started working in the financial industry nearly 15 years ago, handling everything from account opening and servicing to personal investments and loans—including home mortgages.

“Helping a first-time home buyer and guiding them through that exciting experience is something I greatly enjoy about mortgages,” says Doug, who hopes to assist as many members as possible realize their dreams of home ownership or savings through a refinance.

Doug serves our Lakeshore offices, where he grew up and now lives with his wife and two kids. He enjoys golfing, Michigan football and gardening.
