Our office lobbies at Battle Creek, Centre, Coldwater, Corner@Drake, Gaines, Riley and South Haven are open M-F by appointment only. All other lobbies are closed until further notice as we take into consideration the advisement of our local health departments and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Teller service will continue to be available in all of our drive thrus from 9 a.m.-7 p.m. weekdays and 9 a.m.-1 p.m. on Saturdays.

If you are experiencing hardship and can't make your payments, please reach out to us so we can discuss options.

You have access to a number of self-service tools to access your accounts.

Digital Banking

Through Online Banking on your desktop or your Mobile App, you can pay bills, check the balance on your accounts or even deposit checks. Other features include:

Interactive Tellers

Our Interactive Tellers in our drive thrus (and some offices) function as ATMs plus give you access to a remote teller who would serve you just like being in an office. Features include the following:

  • Service from real people (just through a screen) who work locally in West Michigan
  • Complex transactions made easy – cash your check, get cash advances, make loan payments, do transaction research and the normal stuff you’d do in an office.
  • Extended drive-thru hours – Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.; ATM functionality (24/7)
  • Printed receipts including images of your deposited checks
Pay on the go

With your Consumers debit card (or credit card), you can still shop without having to handle money or checks.

Or, if your card is loaded into a digital wallet like Apple Pay™, or has contactless Tap & Pay technology, you can easily pay and go.

How Can I Help Others?

It’s important to come together as a community in times like this. Here are a few of the ways you can help others:

  • Reach out to 211 and ask how you can help.
  • Go to www.foodpantries.org and find a local food pantry that you can donate food, time or money to.
  • Buy gift cards for local small businesses like your favorite bakery and bookstore or get takeout from your favorite restaurant. Kalamazoo Grand Rapids
  • Sign up for Next Door and see if there are any ways that your neighbors need help.
  • Write letters or have children color pictures for relatives and friends and send them in the mail.
