Our Current Response
Our office lobbies at Battle Creek, Centre, Coldwater, Corner@Drake, Gaines, Riley and South Haven are open M-F by appointment only. All other lobbies are closed until further notice as we take into consideration the advisement of our local health departments and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Teller service will continue to be available in all of our drive thrus from 9 a.m.-7 p.m. weekdays and 9 a.m.-1 p.m. on Saturdays.
You have access to a number of self-service tools to access your accounts.
- Transfer money (including loan payments)
- Open an account
- Apply for a loan
- View your eStatements
- Add travel notices
- Create stop payments
- Disable your credit card if it’s lost or stolen

Our Interactive Tellers in our drive thrus (and some offices) function as ATMs plus give you access to a remote teller who would serve you just like being in an office. Features include the following:
- Service from real people (just through a screen) who work locally in West Michigan
- Complex transactions made easy – cash your check, get cash advances, make loan payments, do transaction research and the normal stuff you’d do in an office.
- Extended drive-thru hours – Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.; ATM functionality (24/7)
- Printed receipts including images of your deposited checks

- Reach out to 211 and ask how you can help.
- Go to www.foodpantries.org and find a local food pantry that you can donate food, time or money to.

- Write letters or have children color pictures for relatives and friends and send them in the mail.
