The ConsumersCU Club Restaurant + Bar is a full-service pub house located on the inside, lower level of Van Andel Arena operated by SAVOR... Grand Rapids. It is open before and after events to ticket holders of Griffins hockey and Gold basketball games, as well as concerts hosted at the Arena.

Van Andel FAQs
Mobile Tickets
If you have mobile tickets for an event, before heading to the arena, from your mobile device, tap the black SAVE TO button on each ticket to add them to your digital wallet. This will ensure quick and easy access to your tickets when at the turnstiles.
It is important to download your tickets to your mobile wallet in advance of the game in case you run into limited cellular service at and around Van Andel Arena.
DO NOT PRINT your mobile tickets. These WILL NOT be accepted at the gate.
No Bag Policy
Van Andel Arena has adopted a NO BAG policy, permitting no bags, backpacks, or purses into the venue. Small clutches 4.5″ x 6.5″ x 2″ and medical bags will be permitted. Bags in the medical/essential category will be screened in a secondary screening area with touchless screening methods where only the patron handles his or her personal items. The policy is subject to change based on event policy.
