Third Party Origination (TPO) Connect is a website that integrates directly to the Ellie Mae Encompass system so that you can submit loans to Consumers with ease.

Helpful resources and tools are also available, including product guidelines, rate sheets, forms and income calculators.

Step #1 - Upload Fannie Mae 3.4 File

Import the 3.4 file to the TPO Portal. Review loan information and save in the Portal to generate loan number.

Step #2 - Order or Re-issue Credit

Select your credit provider to order a new report or re-issue a previously pulled report using the report’s reference number.

Step #3 - Product & Pricing

Product and pricing is handled through Optimal Blue. Once product eligibility is determined, register or lock the loan.

Step #4 - Upload Required Documentation

Upload all required documents to submit to underwriting for review.

Step #5 - Submit Your Loan

Submit loan through the Portal. Following the submission, the Portal will allow you to check for important updates and track the milestone status. Consumers Credit Union requires a signed intent to proceed from the borrower prior to ordering the appraisal.

*Loans submitted after 2:00 p.m. will be logged as the next business day.
